This patch fixed several problems including problem with duplicate connection names and Penrose hanging after restart.

Download the patch files and unpack them:
Copy penrose-0.9.9.jar into:
- PENROSE_SERVER_HOME/lib
- PENROSE_STUDIO_HOME/plugins/org.safehaus.penrose_0.9.9/lib/runtime
Copy penrose-studio-0.9.9.jar into:
- PENROSE_STUDIO_HOME/plugins/org.safehaus.penrose_0.9.9
You can overwrite the old files.
Patch #2
This patch fixed problem with connection pool after server restart.
