Prerequisite

It's recommended to use Windows Server 2003. If you want to use Windows XP Professional there are some limitations.

Installation

Download, install, and then create an instance.

Enabling SSL (Optional)

On Windows Server 2003, you need to install Enterprise Certificate Authority. Then export the certificate by executing this command:

certutil -ca.cert <filename>

On Windows XP Professional, follow this instruction.
